Apache Module mod_ratelimit

Provides a filter named RATE_LIMIT

to limit client bandwidth. The connection speed to be simulated is specified, in KiB/s, using the environment variable rate-limit

SetOutputFilter RATE_LIMIT SetEnv rate-limit 400
